A good idea would be to try on several different styles and when you see "the one" you will know it is the one for you!As a brief guide to some of the more usual styles available however:Princess or 'A' LinePrincess or 'A' Line is a versatile shape that will suit most brides, regardless of height or curves. To carry off this style perfectly the bride needs to be confident in herself and to have good posture and walk tall. Not for the feint of heart - wear it if you dare girls! The bodice is very closely fitted and narrow and the dress flares out from the knees. This is a great style for petite brides as it will not overwhelm their size. Simply stunning if you can Herve Leger London carry it off - show stopping!The Empire LineThe Empire style has a high waist - usually just below the bust line and is a very flattering style for most heights and sizes however if you are a shorter bride then this style can give an impression of height. Less figure hugging than the Princess or 'A' Line style, if you don't like full skirts then this could be the ideal choice for you. It's a good style for the bride with a smaller bust as it creates the illusion of cleavage. Take a trusted friend or relative along with you - someone who will give you a totally honest and unbiased opinion of what suits you best.
